Correction Policy

Airline and hotel corrections have been the most challenging aspect of our service. Since launching our website in 2017, we've offered these corrections free of charge. Over the years, airlines and hotels have frequently changed their policies, but we've never asked our customers for additional payment. Our commitment has always been to provide consistent, affordable service. However, starting in June 2024, we decided to partially shift the cost of these corrections to our customers, while still maintaining a fair balance.

Effective July 1, 2024, all order corrections for flights and hotels will no longer be free. However, changes to insurance will remain free as long as the number of days and ages remain the same, provided the changes in insurance are made at least 10 days before the insurance's effective date.

• If you are our customer and place a flight reservation with us, we take full responsibility for ensuring your booking matches the details you provided. If our team makes any mistakes, we will correct them as many times as needed, completely free of charge.
• If you did not provide certain details in your order or wish to make changes, such as adding flight legs, modifying dates, correcting names or titles, or adjusting arrival dates, and these were not specified in your initial order or the additional details field, a fee will apply. The cost is $15 for individual flight or hotel booking corrections, and $20 for corrections involving both flight and hotel bookings on the same document. You can make this payment through our custom payment link by selecting 'Flight Corrections,' 'Hotel Corrections,' or both, based on your needs.
• Corrections do not include changing the traveler's name entirely. You cannot change the first and last name completely, but spelling corrections are allowed.
• If you need to change the traveler's name entirely, we recommend placing a new order, just as you did previously.
• After receiving a correction, if you return for additional changes within 2 weeks of the original order date, you will need to pay for the correction again, if required. This process is only available for 2 weeks, starting from the original order date, not the correction date.

• Changes to the travel insurance policy are allowed at least 10 days before the effective date, as specified in your policy letter, certificate, or ID card.
• This clause applies only if the above statement is relevant to your situation; otherwise, the following instructions do not pertain to you.
• If the number of days in your insurance policy and the traveler's ages remain unchanged, modifications can be made free of charge. However, if the required insurance days exceed those in the original order or if the traveler's ages differ, an additional fee will apply, which will be communicated to you by our travel experts via email, chat, or phone. Please note that changing the traveler's first name entirely is not permitted, but minor spelling corrections can be made free of charge.

If you wish to change a travel guide you ordered from our website, please notify us before the documents are delivered, using chat, email, or phone. Once the document has been delivered, changes or swaps to a different travel guide will no longer be possible.

Note: We deeply appreciate our loyal customers, both old and new. To sustain our website in the long term, we need to pass on a small portion of the cost to our customers. We appreciate your continued support and understanding in this matter.
