Amazing service!!!

"I had made a mistake when ordering my itinerary that I, for some reason, only noticed on the day of the visa appointment. I unfortunately couldn’t amend the booking as the date had already passed. I ended up requesting a new one which I received within an hour or so, just minutes before my visa appointment!! it was a very stressful situation but the team really saved me. This was actually the second time that I had an issue with my visa appointment, and they resolved it timeously."
